FOR HER

Private Sessions for Women:

It’s rather astounding when you look at the statistics for sexual trauma in our culture.  1 out of 3 women have endured some sort of abuse in their lifetime. Traditional therapy is a great way to start the healing process but it’s often not enough to remove the blocks from the physical and sexual nervous system of the body.  More and more women seek out the support of a private Tantra coach so that they can move away from feeling like a victim to feeling like a whole, empowered sensual women capable of fully embodied sexual love.

Together we can banish the limiting belief of “being broken”, “used”, “dysfunctional”, “unloveable”, and “crazy”.  A women’s tantric journey begins with healing the energy body, which effects our ability to feel and be open, secure, safe, sensual, powerful, loving, honest, conscious, and spiritual.

Sacred spot massage and other healing modalities such as breath and sound are used to take the seeker deep into their blocks so they can return on the other side capable of astounding pleasure.  By healing the feminine we heal our families, our communities and our planet.

Yoni Altar.jpg

Yoni in sanskrit  means sacred temple, and is used in Tantra to refer to a woman’s genitals and womb.

Our Yoni is our inner sanctum, a place to access our wisdom, our power and our creativity.  We all come from this mystical, magical, profound place. And yet, generally we don’t honor this sacred place. Many of us disconnect from our wombs and emotions because we are unwilling or afraid to feel or face them.

It takes courage to make the choice to reconnect with, to honor and to celebrate ourselves as sexual beings. I admire you if you are reading this, to me it means that you have already started taking steps towards tapping into the depths of your deep feminine essence and becoming the fully embodied woman you are meant to be.

When we don’t pay much attention to our Yoni for prolonged periods of time, it does shut down, thin and dry out. Many women’s Yonis are atrophied and need to undergo some loving healing. Awakening of our ‘sleeping beauty’ asks for consistent, regular infusions of conscious touch and exercises . This is especially true for those of us who have suffered from trauma to this area of the body. Inside the vaginal canal there are reflexology points which connect to the heart, lungs, spleen, liver and kidney. By stimulating these points you increase their functions.

Sexual Trauma is stored in the tissue of the vagina, so talk alone can not heal the trauma . With this practice you can change pattern of the cellular memory and regain a healthy balance in the sensual tissues. Our traumas hold within them a doorway into our most potent gifts, as very often we have energetic blocks in the areas where we are the most powerful.

the link between our body and emotions/mind

Our psyche/mind/emotions is deeply intertwined with our sexuality — one cannot exist without the other. The pain that a woman is experiencing while giving birth has nothing to do with the vagina. The pain has to do with contractions or slight movement of the bones, but it is not the vagina that hurts.

Pain in the yoni is often psycho-somatic due to repressed emotions or beliefs about sexuality.  Through paying attention and bringing loving awareness to your yoni the localised pain can be released, something will start shifting on the emotional level too and the pleasure can be dramatically increased.

mindfulness and affirmations

"Female sexual pleasure, rightly understood, is not just about sexuality, or just about pleasure. It serves, also, as a medium of female self-knowledge and hopefulness; female creativity and courage; female focus and initiative; female bliss and transcendence; and as medium of a sensibility that feels very much like freedom. To understand the vagina properly is to realize that it is not only coextensive with the female brain, but is also, essentially, part of the female soul.

Once one understands what scientists at the most advanced laboratories and clinics around the world are confirming — that the vagina and the brain are essentially one network, or “one whole system,” as they tend to put it, and that the vagina mediates female confidence, creativity, and sense of transcendence — the answers to many of these seeming mysteries fall into place."
