I'm Ella, a dedicated Tantra Coach with 18 years of experience guiding individuals and couples towards a more profound understanding of their inner workings and spiritual selves. My mission is to help you embark on a transformative journey, awakening hidden treasures of intimacy, pleasure, and personal growth.

My journey into Tantra began, when I discovered the profound impact that ancient practices of Tantra could have on modern lives. Through extensive training and personal practice, I have developed a unique approach of managing your own life that integrates traditional Tantric wisdom with contemporary insights into psychology, conscious relating, and personal empowerment.

I have always been drawn to exploring human potential and consciousness beyond conventional boundaries. From a young age, I recognized the need for balance and sustainability within ourselves, our communities, and our planet to achieve harmony, love, and peace. Modern culture, plagued by guilt, shame, fear, anger and disconnection, motivated my lifelong quest for genuine, embodied living.

Traditional remedies for spiritual ailments—like talk therapy and Pharma medication—felt inadequate, as I believed in the healing powers of love, great connections, presence, and natural medicine. Influenced by the unconditional love of my grandmother and inspired by the liberating practices of the great gurus like Osho, I realized the importance of integrating our entire being, including our sexual nature as a path to healing.

I am a certified Tantra Educator with a background as a Sacred Shamanic Priestess, a certified Health + Life Coach and Somatic counselor. Utilizing a variety of healing modalities including Reiki and other energy work, sound healing, breath work, plant medicine, trauma release work and much more, aiming to enhance intimacy and balance in the lives of individuals, couples, and groups.

In my sessions, I blend body, breath and energy work, Tantric Yoga and Qi Gongorgasmic meditation, chakra balancing, mindfulness, somatic practices and spiritual experiences to foster transformation, elevate your consciousness, and cultivate fulfilling relationships.
